Borrow Times, Renewal Policy & Fines
Movies - 1 week There is a $1/day fine for overdue films, with a maximum fine of $5 per film. Fines must be paid before more films can be taken out.
New Books - 2 weeks While there is no fine for overdue books we ask that you return items promptly or renew them. Books may be renewed once if no one is waiting for them. You will be billed for the replacement cost if the book is more than one month overdue.
Audio Books - 2 weeks The same policy as for new books applies.
Music CDs - 2 weeks The same policy as for new books applies.
Games - 2 weeks The same policy as for new books applies.
Interlibrary loan - 3 weeks The MCL may be billed for an overdue book by the lending library and that fine will be passed on to you. The fine will be whatever the lending library charges. There is a cost to the MCL for ILL books which is the cost of shipping. There is no charge to you for getting ILL books, but any donations you would like to make are welcome.
Regular Books - 4 weeks The same policy as for new books applies.
Puzzles - 4 weeks The same policy as for new books applies.
