Location & Directions The Russell Vermontiana Collection is open on Tuesdays (except holidays) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or by appointment. We are located on East Arlington Road just off Historic Route 7A in Arlington, VT. The collection is located in the Martha Canfield Library on the right side of the road approximately .5 miles east of Arlington & Route 7A, directly across the street from the Arlington High School.
