Come join Bill Budde for the final family history program for 2016 which will share ideas on different ways to present your family history through scrapbooks. The focus is on digital forms that resemble traditional craft books, but we will also discuss hand crafted scrapbook sources. A traditional scrapbook is a unique and handmade gift for one person. The digital scrapbook resembles a traditional book but has several advantages. It can be shared with many friends and relatives; shared through a digital file or printed on high quality paper; and can be cheaper and quicker to assemble than a traditional scrapbook. There is no charge for the program.

The presenter, Bill Budde, is a professional genealogist and curator of the Russell Vermontiana Collection that serves as the repository for history, family papers, and documents for Arlington, Sandgate, and Sunderland. Bill has extensive experience planning and presenting trainings and seminars on various aspects of genealogy and family history, is the coordinator of the Scottish Genealogy, History, and Culture seminars for the annual New Hampshire Highland Games and has presented throughout New England. He has worked at the Bennington Museum as library assistant in the research library, and as archival assistant in the curatorial department.
